Major Susan van Duinen, Assistant Secretary for Program, Manitoba & Northwest Ontario Division, is appointed as Divisional Commander and Divisional Director of Women's Ministries in the Manitoba & Northwest Ontario Division effective June 29, 2007.

Major Dirk van Duinen will remain in his current appointment as Secretary for Program, Manitoba & Northwest Ontario Division.
