Hanover, Ont. - Between Oct. 28 and Nov. 10 the Hanover Public Library will forgive any fines that are outstanding on library cards for a donation of nonperishable food to their Christmas food drive.

Food dontions received through this limited time program will be delivered to the Hanover Salvation Army's food bank.
