Montreal - The Salvation Army is seeking to adapt to best fit the needs of Quebec. On June 12, 10:30 a.m., Colonel Glen Shepherd, chief secretary, Lt-Colonel Gilbert St-Onge, divisional commander of Quebec and Mr. Glen Smith, executive director of Christian Direction, will address the following three important issues at a press conference:

a. The situation of homelessness in Quebec
b. The feminization of poverty
c. The increasing number of refugees and immigrants confronting extremely difficult situations upon their arrival to Quebec
