New Liskeard, ON - On June 29 The Salvation Army Family Services and Food Bank in New Liskeard is hosting the first "Run, Ride and Row" triathalon.

Participants signed up will be expected to run one block wearing shoes that are laced up, ride in a homemade go cart two blocks and finish up rowing across the Wabi River in a boat made out of cardboard.

Participants will be given pledge sheets and the proceeds will go to The Salvation Army Red Shield and Family Services Food bank.

The competition is open to person 12 years and over.
