Neighbours in the small town of Campbellford, Ont. and the surrounding area continue to help the family who lost two teens and were left homeless by an early morning fire last Friday.

George and Angie Dillabough along with their four children were asleep in their apartment when the fire tore through the building around 1:45 a.m.

Their two daughters, Amber and Samantha died in the fire. Though the parents were able to escape and firefighters rescued both their sons, Russell, 10, remains in serious condition at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa.

At the Salvation Army store in Campbellford the phone was ringing with people calling to find out how they could help the family.

A kettle has been placed by the cash register and is filled with cash donations. Samantha had worked in the store and the boys came into the store regularly.

The family were only days away from moving to a house in Springbrook.
