St. John, N.B. - Recently The Salvation Army Booth Residential Services received two grants from well-respected groups in the city.
Above, a cheque from The Greater Saint John Community Foundation, in the amount of $15,000, is presented to Major Carson Durdle, executive director.
Funds will help purchase forty beds, mattresses, box springs and linens for the Centre, which provides accommodation and support to 79 individuals who might not otherwise have a home or shelter.
