This week is Emergency Preparedness Week. A number of Salvation Army centres have made plans for special events to mark this occasion.

Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada has developed an interactive web site which is quite spectacular in its capacity to help individuals and families identify preparations which should be made in their own locales.
