The Canada and Bermuda Territory announces its plan to launch a program which will facilitate an opportunity for some persons who are lieutenants to study in order to prepare themselves for ordination and commissioning as captains.

Selected lieutenants who are beyond the age for admission to CFOT and who have served for one three-year term may be invited to engage in a tailored program of study designed and offered by CFOT.
