CANGRANDS is a not-for-profit organization devoted to poviding support for grandparents and family members who are raising granchidlren or extended family members across Canada. The Salvation Army Jackson's Point Camp, Ontario Central/East Division, co-hosted their 6th annual CANGRANDS conference and campout July 15 - 20, 2007.
