With an increasingly aging soldiery, The Salvation Army implements phase 1 of Operation "Grow a Kettle Worker". Subject is still prone to putting coins in her mouth though.

Whether it's filling Christmas kettles or diapers, every bit helps! At the end of the night though, I'd much prefer to count what's in the kettle.
