Majors Ethel Richardson & Deborah Bungay of Ontario Great Lakes Division were named as the recipients of the 2006 London Convention Centre Ambassador Award for their presentation of the 'Women Connected 2006' event with Liz Curtis Higgs last May.  The award was presented at a ceremony last week.

In 2000, the London Convention Centre introduced The Ambassador Award. Over the years, this award has recognized individuals who were instrumental in recommending London and the LCC, for major conventions in the community.

The Ambassador Award Program encourages people to increase awareness of the London Convention Centre through their professional activities and involvement within other business associations.
