The Army's New York Staff Band was in Toronto at the beginning of March to perform at a downtown music festival organized by the Hannaford Street Silver Band, Canada's only fully professional brass band. Conductor Ronald Waiksnoris talks about the NYSB's mission and how he approaches programming for non-Salvationist audiences.
