South America West Territory receives several reports from Ecuador telling of people coming to know the Lord and changing their lives. Salvationists from Quito Central Corps visit the local jail every Friday night. Many women have accepted Christ as their Saviour and, when released, are linked up with a corps or church in their area.

Also, a woman whose children are part of a Compassion International program operating in the Bastion Corps began to attend services. Her husband abandoned her and their five little children. She was invited to home league and made a decision to follow Jesus.
