TORONTO, June 1, 2006 - Canada's The Christian Channel has secured a distribution deal with Star Choice that will give Christian viewers across the country access to its programming.

Launched in October 2005 as the country's first nationally licensed digital television service for Christian viewers, the channel will be available to 850,000 Star Choice subscribers coast to coast, starting on June 1. It will be carried on channel 399.

The Christian Channel already enjoys distribution in 750,000 Ontario homes through Rogers Digital Cable (on channel 396).

Said Mark Prasuhn, President and General Manager of The Christian Channel: "We are delighted that our service will now be available to Christians everywhere in Canada. With 1.6 million subscribers, The Christian Channel now enjoys greater penetration than any other digital service in the country. It is an honour to have established this affiliation with Star Choice, a leading provider of digital satellite television."

The Christian Channel offers popular television ministries such as James Robison: Life Today, Jack Van Impe, Kenneth Copeland, Love Worth Finding and Billy Graham Classics, along with family dramas, feature films (notably the Left Behind movies) and The Gaither Gospel Hour music series.

Upcoming additions to the lineup include the ministry programs Fire of God, Redeemed Christian Church, Fountain of Life, Faith at Work and New Life Christian Fellowship.

The Christian Channel is owned and operated by S-VOX, a multimedia enterprise offering high-quality television and digital content for individuals seeking spiritual awareness and personal growth. Mr. Prasuhn noted that the channel is not affiliated with any particular ministry, and therefore enjoys the flexibility to offer viewers the widest variety of Christian programming from all over the world.

Said Mr. Prasuhn: "We believe ours to be a unique service that meets a real need. It answers the demand among Christian viewers for more television programming that enhances the daily practice of their faith."
