Lt-Colonels Copple Promoted to Full Colonels

The Territorial Commander announces the promotion of the Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries

Lt-Colonels Donald and Ann Copple, Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, have been promoted to the rank of Colonel. This promotion will take effect on February 1, 2009.

Commissioner William W. Francis, Territorial Commander, asks Salvationists to join him in expressing congratulations to our respected colleagues upon this well-deserved promotion.

    Congrats to the both of you. I remember the first time I meet you at North York Temple and at that time you were only Majors. So again CONGRATS to the both you. Continue the good work that you have been doing over the years.

    I remember you guys at Mississauga Temple when you guys left, over 20 years ago.

    I always think of you both often and I appreciate your interest in my spiritual growth and personal everyday growth.
