Toronto - Last night Salvationists joined in a candlelight vigil for a 2-year-old boy who fell 11 storeys to his death last week. Carlin Archer-Beals was playing on his 11th floor balcony at a Toronto Community Housing complex when he fell to his death. More than 100 residents, from toddlers to seniors, gathered at the spot where he fell to sing, pray and remember the littly boy.
