    Hello, I purchased a summer uniform blouse (outside the skirt type) while at Celebration ONE TWO FIVE in Winnipeg. It is a gift for my daughter-in-law. I bought a 16 tall, which is too big...is it possible to exchange it for a 14 tall? It is in the original packaging, never worn.
    If so, how can I go about exchanging it? While I live in Stoney Creek, ON, it is difficult for me to get to the trade store on Overlea Blvd. I've spoken to others at our corps, but none is coming your way in the next while.
    Any assistance you can give, would be greatly appreciated. It would be great if my daughter-in-law could get some summer wear out of our gift!
