Majors Bill & Winn Blackman, divisional leaders, BC Division, present a cheque in the amount of $25,000 to Commissioner M. Christine MacMillan, territorial commander, during her farewell tour of the division. The financial gift will be directed to the International Social Justice Commission for use within the commissioner's new appointment directed out of New York City.
