This year we have formed a Winnipeg City Brigade under the direction of Cpt Deana Zelinsky.  This brigade will work in a variety of tasks supporting all of the ministry units in Winnipeg.  For families, this provides an opportunity for one parent to remain with their children.  Here are the cadets assigned to this brigade:
