Penticton celebrates 85 years

pentiction1img_1938.jpgThe city of Penticton is located in British Columbia's beautiful Okanagan Valley. The Salvation Army church recently celebrated 85 years of ministry here. Rose entertained the children with face painting at the community barbeque, while the Army band led in open- air meetings at both thrift store locations.

    I had a band trip in Pentiction some 25 years ago.

    Dave and Bev Ivany were the CO"s. It was a very spiritually fulfillng weekend of praise
